Willow on Putnam Lake

This is a painting of Putnam Lake in Patterson, New York. Willows line the shore along the north end of the lake. Mats of algae float on the water's surface when the water warms in July. Once a summer community, most of the homes around the lake are small cottages which have been converted to year-round use. - Nancy Boudreau

The painting is approximately 5.5" x 7.5" acrylic painting on gessoed matboard, in an 8" x 10" cream colored mat, unframed, shipped to you directly by the artist. The title and prose that appear above are handwritten on the back of the painting. The painting is also signed and dated on the back.
