Field of Black-Eyed Susan

My gaiters were yellow with pollen after walking through this field of Black-Eyed Susan and dried grasses. Part of the Naromi Land Trust, the field is in it's first autumn after being seeded this spring with native wild grasses and flowers.

Tree Lined Road

A late afternoon view of Spring Lake Road. There's something special about this place. Walking up the road and over the hill toward the lake, one gets a sense of peace and balance.
